The role, in a nutshell:

As a Customer Success Manager at Chainguard, you will be the post-sales primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for taking lead on customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption. In this role, you will work closely with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure the successful onboarding and support of your customers. You are their day-to-day contact, building relationships with customers and driving outcomes, adoption, and delivering time-to-value.

What you’ll do:

  • Success Planning & Value: Drive business success planning by partnering with customers, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to align on requirements, goals, and challenges. Provide thought leadership on change management for large, scaled rollouts. Support the full Business Value Realization cycle to ensure customers can demonstrate and prove value internally.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and requirements to internal teams.  This means being a team player and having strong collaboration skills - this role must align with many different internal teams, influence them to act toward customer needs.
  • Issue Management: Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
  • Product Expertise: Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard and stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices so you can help customers optimize their use of Chainguard.
  • Training & Education: Collaborate with customers and our Edu team to ensure customers are educated on product features, best practices, and security principles.
  • Account Management: Develop relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders from technicians to CISOs. Work closely with sales teams to identify the best path to renew and expand customers while minimizing churn risks.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles collaborating with both technical and business teams - Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management or a combination of those plus Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Relevant domain knowledge of one or more of the following: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, software development lifecycle.
  • This is a strategic and proactive role, our expectation is that this person will take full ownership of their customer portfolio and act with a high level of autonomy.  This includes making key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes; deciding when to include our executive team or c-suite in customer escalations, how to de-risk or de-escalate customer issues and conflict, and advocating to internal teams including sales, product, engineering, etc.

  • Be the first point of contact with external customers over email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide support to customers in English and either Spanish or Portuguese by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues relating to our enterprise software and third-party applications.
  • Escalate issues to higher support tiers, as needed.
  • Research and answer miscellaneous questions about software capabilities from resellers and end users.
  • Identify and record details about support tickets and contribute to the documentation and the Knowledge Base.

About the Opportunity

Pair Team is building a team of deeply passionate individuals ready to change primary care operations for those who need it most.  We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Community Engagement Specialist who is willing to think creatively and empathically to help our team change the way people access healthcare.

We seek a full-time Community Engagement Specialist to play a critical role on our team by directly engaging with and enrolling individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/ Substance Use Disorder, experiencing homelessness, and/or those who have high medical needs. We believe in the power of trust and relationships to successfully engage those who may have never received the kind of whole-health care that Pair Team can provide.

This is a full-time position. Your schedule will be: Thursday - Monday with your days off being Tuesday & Wednesday. WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED

*First 2-3 weeks of training will be M-F 9am - 5:30pm

This position primarily allows for remote work; however, you will be required to work PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, outreach, engage and enroll individuals into the program virtually through phone, text and email, and in-person at clinic, community based organization, and health system partner locations
  • Seeks to listen openly to eligible members and meets them where they are – understanding that enrollment may require multiple outreaches and adopts a “it’s not my fault but it is my problem” attitude in all communication styles and approaches
  • Offer education to our partners regarding Pair Team’s services with a focus on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
  • Explain the services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management, understanding that many may have lived personal experiences causing them to be initially hesitant or distrusting of the health care system
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the community and best-in-class customer service skills to gain trust with eligible members and enroll them in the program
  • Promote effective and timely communication amongst internal teams, clinic, community based organization, and health system partners
  • Meet key enrollment metrics and to ensure you are supporting our mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities
  • Effectively manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring member’s continuation in the enrollment process
  • Provide consistent updates on funnel stages including delays and blockers
  • Proficiency in all additional internal/external technology tools utilized for the position

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • You are physically located in United States
    • Virtual Ops requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected space
  • 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
  • Dedicated to working within and improving the community you are part of
  • You are results driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills with proficiency reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English and Spanish
  • You have strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
  • A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance

Role Overview

Join our rapidly growing Technology Enablement practice as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing deep functional expertise in Sage Intacct to help our clients solve today’s challenges and build a strong foundation for future success. As a Sage Intacct PPS Functional Consultant based in the Philippines, you will provide post-production support and optimization for US-based clients, working collaboratively with CrossCountry’s consulting teams across time zones to deliver responsive, high-quality solutions. What You’ll Do

Deliver Post-Production Support

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct, resolving issues, processing enhancement requests, and optimizing system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot functional problems across core Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Support finance and accounting workflow improvements tied to key processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close.

Collaborate with US-Based Teams

  • Partner closely with US-based CrossCountry consultants and client stakeholders during overlapping business hours, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and enhancement requests.
  • Prepare clear, concise status updates and escalate issues or risks to CrossCountry project managers as appropriate.
  • Participate in team meetings, client calls, and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing strong written and verbal English communication throughout.

Drive Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist with data analysis, import/export formatting, testing, and documentation to support client deliverables and system integrity.
  • Identify patterns in support requests and proactively recommend configurations or process changes to reduce recurring issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of support activities, configurations, and resolutions in line with CrossCountry standards.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Sage Intacct in a consulting, advisory, or client-services environment.
  • Solid command of core Sage Intacct modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Strong understanding of foundational accounting concepts, including Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams, ideally with US-based stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Skills

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear updates for clients and internal teams.
