Operations Domestic Traffic Analyst at Kitsch

Manages domestic freight logistics, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking to maintain on-time delivery and cost targets across wholesale and DTC channels.

What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products reach 32,000+ retailers in 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re hiring a Domestic Traffic Analyst to keep our US shipments moving on time and on budget. You’ll coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs every day. Your job is to catch problems before they happen, not after. This is a new role, created because our shipment volume grew faster than one person could handle alone. You’ll own carriers, deliveries, and system updates. A teammate will own palletization and load planning, and you’ll work closely together.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher across wholesale and DTC shipments.
  • Manage domestic freight and logistics costs so they stay at or below 5% of COGS.
  • Respond to any carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issue within 24 hours.
  • Arrange carriers and deliveries, and keep our systems updated with real-time shipment status.
  • Spot at-risk shipments early — capacity issues, customs holds, warehouse backlogs, weather — so people can act before a delivery is missed.
  • Handle trade compliance paperwork (Incoterms, customs documents) for shipments with international touchpoints.
  • Choose the best shipping mode — air, rail, or truck — based on cost, time, and risk.
  • Keep our TMS and ERP (NetSuite) data accurate so other teams can trust it.
  • Work closely with our palletization and rerouting teammate so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help protect our OTIF standing with retail partners like Walmart and Target.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of global logistics: Incoterms, international documentation, and customs rules.
  • Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments.
  • Great communication skills — you respond fast, even across time zones.
  • Comfort working in TMS (transportation management) tools.
  • ERP experience, ideally with NetSuite.
  • The ability to juggle many shipments at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • A proactive mindset — you flag problems early and bring solutions, not just alerts.
  • A hands-on attitude — you’re willing to call a driver, chase a document, or fix a system gap yourself when needed.

Operations Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist (LATAM) at Kitsch

What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in more than 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist to help us stop stockouts and overstock before they happen. You’ll watch inventory across our DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels, catch risk early, and bring solutions — not just warnings.

Work Type: Remote

Location: Latam

What You’ll Do

  • Track sell-through and inventory across DTC, Wholesale (Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to catch stockout risk before it hits the shelf.
  • Spot SKUs heading toward excess inventory before they become aging stock or a markdown problem.
  • Build and keep a live risk register so the team always knows where the next issue might show up.
  • Flag risks with a recommended fix — a reallocation, a rush order, a promo — not just an alert.
  • Treat Amazon as a top-priority channel, not an afterthought.
  • Keep your trackers (including Asana) clean and current so nobody downstream works off stale data.
  • Look for smarter, faster ways to catch risk early, including AI-assisted tools.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
  • A track record of spotting problems early and bringing a solution with you.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple planning systems.
  • Clear, confident communication with teams outside of planning — warehouse, production, sales.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with retailer portals like Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Comfort using AI tools to spot patterns faster.

Operations Director of Regulatory & Tech Transfer at Kitsch

Director oversees regulatory compliance, supply chain risk management, tech transfers, and quality documentation for beauty product lines across multiple markets.

Lead Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a bootstrapped, female and minority-owned global beauty brand built on the belief that great design and great values aren’t mutually exclusive. From hair accessories to sleep and wellness, we create products that make people feel good — and we’ve grown to $400M+ in annual revenue by staying true to that mission. We move fast, we care deeply about craft, and we’re looking for people who feel the same way.

The Role

This is one of the most structurally important roles on the Kitsch product development team — not because it is the most visible, but because it is the one that keeps everything else from breaking. As Director of Regulatory & Tech Transfer, you will own the regulatory and supply infrastructure that keeps every Consumables SKU across Haircare, Body, and Fragrance compliant, quality-certified, and never dependent on a single source. You will be the person who qualifies the backup before the backup is needed, who catches the compliance gap before the delisting hits, and who makes sure every product we launch is as buttoned-up behind the scenes as it is on shelf. This role brings regulatory decision-making fully in-house — replacing external consultants as the primary compliance authority across EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA frameworks. If you love owning something that genuinely matters, moving without being pushed, and building systems that outlast any single project, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce a complete supply risk map of every active SKU in Haircare, Body, and Fragrance within your first 90 days, ranking each by vulnerability; qualify and validate at least one alternative supplier for every high-risk SKU within 12 months.
  • Serve as the internal final approval authority on all artwork going to suppliers — no artwork leaves without your sign-off; own EU/UK, Health Canada, and FDA compliance decisions in-house without routing to external consultants.
  • Own all tech transfers across Haircare, Body, and Fragrance end to end — set timelines, drive progress, maintain weekly status visibility, and ensure nothing stalls.
  • Conduct a full SKU documentation audit within your first 30 days and produce an action plan covering every gap across COAs, formula specs, packaging specs, and retain samples; drive to completion so documentation is audit-ready at any time.
  • Build and maintain an approved formula library so every SKU has a fully documented, regulatory-reviewed, transfer-ready formula on file — a durable asset that outlasts any one team member.
  • Catch quality concerns at the development stage before production starts; ensure every product in the Consumables portfolio meets or exceeds a 4.5-star consumer rating standard.
  • Own regulatory and quality compliance across Target, Ulta, Walmart, and TikTok Shop — portal submissions, claims substantiation, and packaging compliance — so no compliance hold ever catches the team by surprise.
  • Conduct regular GMP, ISO, and REACH audits of manufacturers and testing facilities; own remediation plans for all non-conformances and drive them to resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Author and maintain the SOPs that keep the regulatory and tech transfer function running; train the right people so critical knowledge does not live in a single head.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all adverse event investigations in the Consumables portfolio; ensure every event is investigated thoroughly and reported to the appropriate authorities within regulatory timelines.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate regulatory research, SOP drafting, gap analysis, and documentation review as a standard part of how you work — expected, not exceptional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep working knowledge of EU/UK (MHRA), Health Canada, and FDA regulatory frameworks for cosmetics and personal care — able to make final compliance calls without deferring to an external consultant.
  • Proven experience managing tech transfers personally — knows the documentation requirements, what typically goes wrong, and how to prevent it.
  • Active supplier network in the haircare, body, or fragrance manufacturing space — can identify, qualify, and onboard alternative suppliers proactively, not reactively.
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-SKU regulatory and documentation portfolios in a consumer goods or beauty environment.
  • Experience owning retail partner compliance submissions across major US retailers (Target, Ulta, Walmart) or equivalent.
  • Self-directed executor who builds their own timelines, holds themselves to them, and generates proactive work without waiting for a deadline to be assigned.
  • Communicates complex regulatory requirements clearly — to PD, to sales, and to retail partners — without hiding behind jargon.
  • Treats documentation as a core deliverable, not an administrative chore; holds a personal standard for formula integrity and compliance rigor.
  • Fluent with AI tools for regulatory research, gap analysis, and documentation workflows.
  • Experience with adverse event management and regulatory reporting across relevant jurisdictions.

Operations Market Place Manager at ABC Legal Services

Manages Southwest regional marketplace operations, balances supply and demand, recruits process servers, and drives KPI achievement across Arizona and Texas markets.

Mid Remote Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About ABC:

ABC Legal Service is proud to be the national leader in filing service of legal documents. We are growing and are looking for talented new team members to support our growth and solve exciting challenges! We are a team of 1100+ with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 40 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer.

Job Overview:

You own our major Southwest markets end-to-end, with our highest priority focus in Arizona and Texas. That means knowing where supply and demand are out of balance before a scorecard tells you, carrying the relationships with our highest-volume servers yourself, and being accountable for the region hitting its KPIs.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with centralized Process Server Network teams to implement on the ground. You drive real change in your market and feed learnings back so what works in the Southwest can scale across the network. You’ll also work closely with Compliance when improvements touch evidence chain or court delivery, and with Support & Experience teams on network-facing communications and support tooling.

This is a builder role. You’ll be writing the playbook and executing it in real time.  This position is remote but must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Las Vegas.

What You’ll Own

  • Supply and demand balance across SW regions to identify coverage gaps, recruit new process servers, manage dispatch strategies, and increase server capacity in AZ and TX as the priority markets

  • Relationships with the region’s highest-volume servers as the face of ABC Legal in-market, not a name on an email

  • Root cause analysis when something’s off, to clearly define the problem and provide recommended next steps, not just a flag

  • Incident response for your region when something breaks in-market (an app outage, dispatch bottlenecks, a weather disruption), you’re the point of contact translating what’s happening on the ground into real-time guidance for the network and for leadership

  • Execution of marketplace pilots includes running tests in market, tracking what’s actually happening on the ground, and reporting back with speed and honesty

  • Regional incentive spend within your allocated budget, in partnership with the Sr. Director on structure and guardrails; you flag when a program is running hot before finance does

  • Regional SLO attainment by tier, coverage gap closure, and market health reporting

  • Feeding structured learnings back so incentive programs, dispatch rules, and pay mechanics can be refined and scaled to other markets

What We’re Looking For

You’ve owned a local market for a, gig, delivery, or field service business. What matters most is that you’ve actually balanced supply and demand by combining in-market observations with data, coached someone to higher performance in a frontline or contract role, and are willing to experiment, iterate, and quickly scale the best learnings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience owning a local market, territory, or region in a marketplace, gig, or field operations environment

  • Comfort balancing supply and demand with real data, combined with on-the-ground judgment; you can look at a dispatch or SLO dashboard and immediately know what to ask next

  • At least one direct report you can speak to specifically, not just that you had headcount, but how you coached them

  • Desire to be on the ground in the market; this is not a remote strategy seat

  • Ability to distill what you’re seeing in-market into crisp, actionable feedback that a strategy team can actually use to iterate

  • Can communicate market health clearly enough that leadership doesn’t have to chase you for it; written updates, not just verbal color, when it matters

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has run structured pilots or tests with clear hypotheses and handed back learnings that scaled

  • SQL or dashboard fluency (Metabase, Looker, Claude Code); wants the data rather than waiting for a report

  • Comfortable working in Jira or a similar tracker to scope and follow pilots through to completion, and in a platform like Intercom for network-facing communication

  • Experience building in ambiguous environments where the playbook didn’t exist yet

  • Has managed someone in a contract or hourly role and understands how that coaching differs

We know that a company’s success starts with its employees. We also know that an individual’s success starts with the right career opportunity. Join our team today!

  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Paid time off
  • 7 Paid company holidays
  • 4 Floating holidays per-year
  • Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance
  • Long Term Disability
  • Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Pet Insurance

Pay: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Travel: ~20%

JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is hiring a Deal Operations Manager to build the operating workflow for how deals are structured, reviewed, approved, executed, and handed off across quote-to-cash. The role supports Sales on deal construction and deal design strategy, coordinates Legal execution, partners with Finance on revenue recognition readiness, and turns pricing, packaging, and NPI decisions into field-ready operating process. Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role works across Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, Deal Strategy, Systems, Order Management, Security, Customer Success, and Product / Packaging to make approval-ready deals faster and downstream defects lower.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Deal operations workflow and process
  • Build the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, escalation paths, and exception handling.
  • Own approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, including required fields, quote quality checks, approval context, discount rationale, and downstream handoff inputs.
  • Maintain practical process documentation, templates, and decision rules so Sales can move standard deals through documented paths.
  1. Deal construction and design strategy support
  • Support Sales and Sales Leadership on deal construction across new business, renewal, expansion, multi-year, ramped, multi-product, and non-standard commercial requests.
  • Translate deal strategy into approval-ready constructs with clear value exchange, risk flags, concession logic, billing terms, contract timing, and implementation assumptions.
  • Partner with Deal Strategy, Customer Success, Product / Packaging, and Finance when commercial design affects retention, expansion, product adoption, or reporting.
  1. Legal execution and Finance revenue recognition readiness
  • Engage Legal early on non-standard terms, contract language, execution path, risk ownership, and customer-requested changes.
  • Coordinate with Finance on revenue recognition inputs, billing terms, payment terms, start dates, product lines, order form clarity, and required approval evidence.
  • Maintain pre-signature checks for deals with rev rec, billing, custom terms, or product readiness risk.
  1. Pricing, packaging, NPI, and DealHub CPQ rollout
  • Participate in pricing and packaging execution and strategy support so decisions can be turned into field process, DealHub CPQ logic, approval paths, and reporting readiness.
  • Support NPI rollout by defining deal rules, quote requirements, launch constraints, fallback paths, and field guidance for early transactions.
  • Track whether pricing, packaging, or NPI changes create quote exceptions, approval confusion, billing defects, or customer handoff issues.
  1. Quote-to-cash quality, cadence, and continuous improvement
  • Own the operating handoff from approved quote to order, billing, commissions, reporting, and customer lifecycle records.
  • Run the deal operations cadence with KPI packs, defect logs, root-cause reviews, action owners, and process improvements.
  • Identify automation and AI use cases tied to intake, routing, approval summaries, quote checks, documentation, and measurable cycle-time reduction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable commercial operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (DealHub or comparable) and quote-to-cash / lead-to-cash processes.
  • Demonstrated experience structuring and reviewing non-standard deals (multi-year, ramped, expansion, multi-product) and partnering with Sales on deal construction.
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition concepts, billing and order processes, and coordinating contract execution with Legal and Finance.
  • Experience building scalable process, documentation, SLAs, and operating cadences (KPI reviews, defect logs, root-cause analysis).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Commercial acumen: structures sound deals that balance customer value, risk, and revenue / margin outcomes.
  • Process design: builds clear, scalable workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths that scale beyond manual effort.
  • Cross-functional coordination: aligns Sales, Legal, Finance, Systems, Order Management, and CS around complete deal packages.
  • Attention to detail: enforces quote quality, approval readiness, and pre-signature checks to reduce downstream defects.
  • Operating rigor: runs cadences with KPIs, defect logs, and root-cause reviews that drive measurable improvement.
  • Influence without authority: guides Sales toward documented paths and sound commercial discipline.
  • Communication: produces clear guidance, decision rules, and leadership-ready operating views.
  • Continuous improvement and automation mindset: identifies automation / AI use cases that reduce cycle time and rework.

Job Purpose

The Business Operations Coordinator is an entry-level, high-potential role built for a natural systems thinker — someone who’s energized by figuring out how the pieces of a complex process connect. Using our CRM and internal data and reporting tools, the Coordinator investigates escalated customer and provider partner issues, digs past the symptom to find the root cause, and partners with toll agencies and internal teams to fix not just the individual case but the process behind it.

Deep tolling industry knowledge isn’t required on day one — strong analytical instincts and a comfort with technology and data are. This role is designed to build both, developing the Coordinator into a go-to technical troubleshooter within Business Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigates escalated customer and provider issues using CRM and internal data tools, tracing each issue to its root cause rather than treating symptoms alone.

  • Approaches problems systemically — mapping how provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows connect to identify where breakdowns actually start.

  • Analyzes case and usage data to spot patterns across issues, surfacing recurring problems and revenue-loss or violation risk before they grow.

  • Collaborates and liaises with Operations and providers to help define technical requirements and provide domain expertise in pursuit of issue closure and continuous process improvement.

  • Partners with Operations, Development, and Product to recommend fixes — a process change, a new report or dashboard, or a product enhancement — accomplished through new technology or alternative use of existing technology.

  • Documents findings and recommendations clearly enough for teammates, managers, and product owners to act on.

  • Engages with customers on an as-needed basis.

  • Maintains broad knowledge about the company’s services.

Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of task activities and/or duties that are required of the employee for this job. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Experience and Competencies

This is an entry-level position — we’re hiring for mindset and potential, not a resume.

  • No prior tolling or transportation experience required (helpful, but not necessary).

  • A natural systems thinker: curious about how things connect, and comfortable pulling on a thread until an issue makes sense.

  • Comfortable with technology and data:willing to work in spreadsheets, CRM records, and reports to find answers; basic Excel skills expected, more is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; able to break a complex issue into parts and reason through it methodically.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Continually contributes to a cohesive team environment.

  • Possesses and demonstrates Fleetworthy Core Values.

Fleetworthy is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that is respectful and welcoming of individual differences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion or belief (or lack thereof), sex, nationality, national or ethnic origin, civil status, age, citizenship status, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, familial status, marital or registered civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity status, gender identity, gender reassignment, military or veteran status, or any other protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Operations Executive Assistant to CGO (Remote) at KnowBe4

Executive Assistant manages the Chief Growth Officer's calendar, meetings, action items, and priorities across global commercial teams with high autonomy.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

KnowBe4 empowers the modern workforce to make smarter security decisions every day. Trusted by more than 70,000 organizations worldwide, KnowBe4 is the pioneer of digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans. The KnowBe4 Platform provides attack simulation and training, collaboration security, and agent security powered by AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Defense Agents) and a proprietary Risk Score. The platform leverages 15-years of behavioral data to combat advanced threats including social engineering, prompt injection, and shadow AI. By securing humans and agents, KnowBe4 leads the industry in workforce trust and defense.

Remote positions open to the US only.

The Opportunity

KnowBe4’s Chief Growth Officer leads the company’s global commercial organization — sales, growth, and go-to-market teams spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America — through a defining growth phase. This role is the operational backbone of that office.

This role is designed for an experienced operator rather than a traditional support professional: someone who brings structure to ambiguity and returns with a plan and a recommendation. You will operate at the pace of the executive you support, across every time zone the business touches, with a high degree of autonomy and trust.

For a candidate seeking deep exposure to how a global commercial organization is built and scaled — with meaningful room to grow within the role — this is a rare opportunity.

What You’ll Own

  • The operating rhythm of the CGO’s office: Treat the calendar as a strategic asset, not a scheduling task. Sequence priorities across global time zones, protect focus time, and ensure every hour maps to what matters most.
  • Action items, end to end: Capture commitments from meetings, own the follow-through, drive owners to resolution, and close the loop proactively. You ensure complete follow-through on every commitment.
  • Meeting architecture: Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials; ensure the CGO walks into every room ready; drive post-meeting execution.
  • Ambiguity into plans: When a situation is unstructured, you organize it, form a point of view, and bring back a recommendation with options — then execute the decision.
  • Managing up: Exercise independent judgment in protecting the CGO’s time: identify overcommitment, question meetings that lack clear purpose, and respectfully decline requests on the CGO’s behalf when appropriate. Your mandate is to increase the executive’s effectiveness, not simply their activity.
  • Complex global travel: Plan and manage multi-city domestic and international travel, adjusting in real time as priorities and schedules shift.
  • Force-multiplying the leadership team: The CGO’s front-line team (~5 senior leaders) is part of your remit. Know when to zoom in on the CGO’s priorities and when to zoom out to coordinate logistics, cadences, and events for the broader group.
  • Sensitive and confidential matters: This seat sits close to organizational, compensation, and board-level material, as well as personal logistics. You handle all of it with instinctive, absolute discretion.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with executive operations, the CEO’s office, and peer executive assistants across the leadership team to keep the company’s senior cadence tight.

Who You Are

  • Operator mindset: Proactive and self-directed; you anticipate needs, take ownership of outcomes, and operate effectively with minimal direction.
  • Composed and precise at pace: You maintain accuracy and sound judgment while keeping pace with a high-velocity executive and a global business.
  • Discreet by instinct: You exercise mature, independent judgment on confidential matters and understand what must remain private.
  • Coachable and resilient: You welcome direct, candid feedback and incorporate it quickly and constructively — it is offered in service of great outcomes, and you treat it that way.
  • High standards, low ego: You hold a high bar for your own work while remaining grounded, collaborative, and easy to work with.
  • Partnership-oriented: You function as a true business partner to the CGO — trusted, invested, and engaged in the success of the office, not simply executing tasks. The best version of this relationship is built on mutual trust, candor, and genuine working rapport.
  • Committed to the role: The company is entering a multi-year growth phase with significant milestones ahead. Compensation and recognition will grow with your impact; we are seeking someone genuinely energized by developing within this role through that phase.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Drive & Judgment First: Demonstrated drive, judgment, and coachability are weighted more heavily than tenure. High-potential early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Background: Experience supporting senior executives, coordinating across global teams, or operating in high-growth environments is a plus, not a prerequisite.
  • Skills: Strong written communication and fluency with modern productivity and collaboration tools.

Location & Working Model

  • East Coast (US) Based: The CGO’s operating footprint spans New York, Tampa/Clearwater, and Washington, DC. Your home base is flexible within the East Coast; what matters is reliable, ready availability across Eastern Time and the ability to travel on short notice.
  • On-Site As Needed: You’ll be on the ground in NY, Tampa, or DC for board cycles, leadership off-sites, and other large meetings — typically planned in advance, occasionally not. When the CGO is remote, you’re welcome to be fully remote. Flexibility runs both directions.
  • Travel: Regular domestic travel to the hub cities above, with occasional international trips. Candidates should travel willingly and adapt readily when plans change.

Why This Role

  • C-Suite Exposure: Direct, daily partnership with a C-suite executive leading global growth through a pivotal company phase.
  • Executive Insights: Exposure to board-level operations, executive decision-making, and a world-class go-to-market organization.
  • Career Growth: Meaningful growth in scope, compensation, and recognition as the company scales, commensurate with demonstrated impact.

The salary for this position ranges from $87,000-$97,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant’s skills and experience align with the job description listed above.

Application deadline: 9/11/2026.  This is our good-faith estimate of the date the application window is anticipated to close. KnowBe4 reviews applications on a rolling basis and reserves the right to close the application window early if a qualified candidate for the position is identified.

Our Fantastic Benefits

We offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
